1. Return policy
we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Conditions for Returns
2.1. Condition of the Item: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2.2. Return Process: To start a return, you can contact us at support@digenat-market.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
2.3. Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues
please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4 Non-Returnable Items

4.3. Custom Products: Products that are custom-made or personalized items.
4.4. Sealed Goods: Items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
4.5. Inseparably Mixed Goods: Goods that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
4.6. Promotional Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional sale items or gift cards.

5. Return Shipping Costs
the consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, regardless of the value limit. The buyer is only liable for any potential loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that goes beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
6. Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, excluding any additional costs incurred if the consumer chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by Digenat Market LLC. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund.
